2mm Round Elastic- Cream White #471

This round elastic cord is approximately 2 mm wide, and ideal for fashion accessories, headbands & hair accessories, dance wear & costumes, and crafts. This cord elastic is a round elastic, made up of cords of rubber covered in polyester, for a round elastic trim with great stretch. This elastic does have a slightly stiff texture, with a tight dense feel to the outer polyester, but with great stretch still.
