This textured ponte is a heavy weight double knit fabric that has been made from a blend of viscose, nylon, and elastane and has a crepe-like texture on the face of the fabric. This ponte knit fabric has excellent two way stretch and return, with slightly more stretch along the warp. It is a thick feeling knit that is best suited to making heavier weight apparel and costume projects.
