This is a 1.5 metre, end of roll remnant piece. This is the last piece of this fabric available, which has been discounted for final sale. There may be some imperfections in this end of roll piece. The price is for the full 1.5 metre piece, and it is sold as is, as the pre-cut piece. 

This unique brocade is made from a blend of polyester, rayon, nylon and spandex. It is a bengaline fabric, giving it great stretch and return along the weft of the fabric. This brocade features a leopard print design that is brown on black on one side of the fabric, with the reverse having a black print on brown background. This medium to heavier weight brocade is a fully opaque fabric that has some light structure to it and is great for making into a variety of apparel and costume projects.
