This millinery crinoline measures approxiamtely 21cm in width and has a drawcord along one edge to allow it to be gathered up if desired. This crinoline has some stretch, however when stretched its width decreases. This crinoline is perfect for hat and accessory making, and could also be used as a horsehair braid to add structure to hems and other parts of a variety of costume, apparel and accessory projects.
