This 35mm wide plush elastic, is a knitted polyester elastic with a brushed soft feel. This elastic is black, with a single white stripe along on edge. This elastic is comfortable to wear and has good stretch and return. Use this elastic for various apparel, as an exposed waistband, for active wear, costumes, or craft projects. Some white does show through the black when this elastic is stretched.
