This knit is a breathable and comfortable fabric that has some good stretch and return along the weft, with some light stretch along the warp. For this reason, when using it for one piece swimwear, we recommend cutting your pieces with the greatest stretch up and down the swimsuit, to allow for more comfort as the body moves in the water, rather than placing the greatest degree of stretch across the body, as there is less movement.t is a semi-opaque fabric that may lose some opacity the further it is stretched and is ideal for swimwear, activewear and other apparel and costume projects.
