This heavier weight fabric is made up of a printed sateen that has been bonded to black crepe, giving the fabric some good body and structure. As the sateen has been bonded to a stretch crepe, the fabric has some good stretch and return along the weft. This opaque fabric has a slight lustre to it and is great for using in various apparel and costume projects where some more structure is desired.
