Double Crepe- Cobalt #10548

This blue double crepe is a medium to heavier weight fabric with a nice texture from the crepe weave. This double crepe has some good stretch along the weft of the fabric with some slight stretch along the warp too. This crepe fabric is a completely opaque fabric that remains opaque when stretched.
