Elastic Rouleau Button Loop Trim- Black #T1483

This rouleau button loop trim has loops of elastic sewn onto a 5mm tape. It can easily be sewn into blouses, dresses and other apparel, costume, and formal wear projects to act as a fastener when paired with buttons. When not stretched, the loops measure 7mm x 4mm internally, however these elastic loops stretch well to fit various button sizes.
