We have a number of different shipping options available. Shipping is calculated in the checkout based on the number of items you are purchasing and the address you are sending them to.
Each shipping option in the checkout will give an estimated ETA in business days. This ETA starts from when the parcel leaves us.
We're always working as hard as we can to get through as many orders as we can, as a general rule of thumb its best to allow 1 business day from the time you have ordered to the time your order will be dispatched.
You can review your shipping options in the checkout after adding your address before entering any payment information. You will be able to see your shipping options before deciding to go ahead with the order or payment.
As we measure and cut our fabrics to order, we are not able to offer any refunds or exchanges if the product you have ordered does not match your requirements. One thing to bare in mind is that each computer, device or monitor screen will display colour differently. We do take a lot of pride and effort into ensuring that our products on the screen match as closely to the fabrics in real life, however we can't account for each and every different screen set up and scenario.
We strongly recommend ordering a sample snip first to check the colour, weight, finish is what you are after, as your fabric has been cut to order we cannot honour any refunds or exchanges on cut fabric.
If you have ordered a pre-packaged item, such as scissors, jelly rolls, charm packs or a full packaged roll of poplin, provided that the product is returned unopened, unused, unwashed and in the original saleable condition and packaging, we are able to organise an exchange or online credit. Item is to be returned at your cost and after inspection if credit or exchange is approved, you will be credited the amount less any postage amounts.
