Lustrous Silk Ottoman- Iron Black #12280

This lustrous 100% silk fabric is a lighter to medium weight silk that has a subtle textured look created by the ottoman weave of the fabric. This weave and textured look is most noticeable when held up to light, with the fabric having a mostly smooth feel. This silk has some good body, whilst still falling nicely, great for making a variety of apparel projects such as pants, skirts, and dresses. This silk is mostly opaque, however does have a more sheer look when held up to light, so for some projects a lining may be desired.
