Matte Spandex- Neon Lime #10698

This medium weight matte spandex is made from a blend of polyester and spandex and has a smooth and comfortable feel. It is great for using in projects such swimwear and active wear as well as a variety of other apparel and costume applications. It has great two way stretch and return and is a mostly opaque fabric, only becoming slightly less opaque when stretched.
