This plain spandex knit fabric has a matte finish, and a nylon spandex feel. This matte spandex has a slightly textured look. This plain matte knit is a relatively light weight spandex, though still good for swimwear, active wear, leotards, and dance costumes, though it is recommended to use a lining. This spandex has good stretch and return in all directions. If using for swimwear a stretch lining fabric is recommended. This spandex is only semi-opaque, and when stretched this spandex does sheer.
