This palm print bengaline is a mid-weight, comfortable feeling suiting that is great for making a variety of apparel projects. It is a mostly-opaque fabric, however for some applications a lining may be desired for extra opacity. This bengaline is made from a blend of nylon, viscose, and elastane, giving it good stretch and return along the warp of the fabric. For some projects, pattern pieces may need to be placed with the grainline along the weft of the fabric to allow the fabric to stretch the correct way when made up, so please keep this in mind when deciding on the quantity needed of this fabric.
