This polyester organdy is a lighter to medium weight woven fabric that has been finely pleated. It is a semi-opaque fabric that has some good structure and body. This pleated polyester is great for making a variety of more structured apparel, evening wear, and costume projects. Whilst this organdy does not have any stretch, it does have some give along the warp of the fabric as the pleats expand.
