Scuba- Pen Black #10661

This scuba is a heavier weight knit fabric with a thick feel. This scuba has some good stretch and return along the weft of the fabric, with some slight give along the warp too. It has some good structure and body to it and is great for using in heavier weight apparel and costume projects such as dresses, skirts and tops.
