*Seconds* 5mm Cord Elastic- Ivory #T295

This ivory elastic measures 5mm in width and is similar to a bungee or cord elastic, however is flattened instead of round. This cord elastic has great stretch and return and a soft feel, making it great for apparel, craft and costume projects.
