*Seconds* Dress Net- Sea Teal

This is a lightweight net, that will hold structure and volume. This dress net tulle has a rough textured feel, with crisp body rather than drape. This dress net is stiff and is often used for dance and ballet tutus, costume, millinery, couture and can be used to layer under dresses and petticoats to add body. This dress net is also suitable for event and decoration uses.

Please note that this fabric has been reduced in price due to some discolouration along the selvedge and along the middle of the fabric.
