*Seconds* Matte Spandex- Deep Sea Blue #15031

This blue spandex is made from a blend of nylon and spandex, giving it great two way stretch and return, with slightly more stretch along the warp of the fabric. It is a mid-weight fabric that has a smooth and comfortable feel and a matte finish. This opaque matte spandex is ideal for making into swimwear, active wear, and other apparel and costume projects. 

Please note that this fabric has been reduced in price due to some watermarks and damage along the selvedge. Due to this, we recommend ordering more of this fabric to work around these faults.
