All our shipping rates will calculate in the checkout based on the products in your cart.

The price will change based on what you are ordering (for example trims, fabrics, scissors), how many of each you are ordering as well as where it is going to.

Our rates are connected to our shipping vendors, and are based on the country and post code it is going to, so the price will calculate automatically in the checkout.

Shipping within Australia

We offer regular and express options to most areas. Some areas may also have a courier option, so that fabrics can be sent on the roll.

The only way to have your fabrics sent on a roll is with the courier option, as there are strict size limits with the regular and express options with Australia Post. Any regular or express shipping methods selected mean that your fabrics will arrive folded.

Regular shipping - this option includes tracking and signature on delivery, however if Safe Drop is available you may receive an email from Australia Post while the item is in transit to elect whether you would like the item left on premises if no one is available to sign for it. Your fabrics will be folded and sent in a satchel.

Express shipping - this option is the fastest method and includes tracking and signature on deliver, however if Safe Drop is available you may receive an email from Australia Post while the item is in transit to elect whether you would like the item left on premises if no one is available to sign for it. Your fabrics will be folded and sent in a satchel.

Send on the roll - this option is available to selected areas when purchasing 10m or more who would like their fabrics sent on the roll to limit creasing. In order to be sent on a roll, the order is sent with a courier, includes tracking and signature on delivery. You may prefer to have it sent to your workplace, as if no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left with a number to call to schedule redelivery.

How much does shipping cost within Australia

Shipping prices within Australia start from $7.99 for 1m of fabric, and increase based on what you are ordering and where it is being sent to.

To get a quote for what shipping for your order will cost, add the items to the cart, proceed to the checkout and enter your shipping address. You will then see all available options, costs and ETAs before continuing with your order.

Samples include free delivery and are sent in a DL Envelope with a stamp. Express samples are $6.99 and are sent in a C5 Express Post envelope, and include a tracking number

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Along with your shipping cost, each rate will show an estimated transit time. DUE TO COVID-19, SHIPPING TIMES ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS AND UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE ACCURATE ETAS AT THIS TIME FOR ALL LOCATIONS. SEE THIS LINK FOR MORE INFORMATION

Estimated transit time starts from when your order leaves us. 

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email with a link to track your order (excluding samples which are sent in an untracked envelope).

Shipping outside of Australia

For all orders sent outside of Australia, the shipping costs do not include any customs or duty taxes that may be payable to your local authority.

We ship to just about every country in the world.

The price will calculate based on your country, and there will normally be either an economy or standard option, as well as an express option.

Please note that your country may charge duties and fees when purchasing parcels from overseas. All shipping rates and estimated delivery times are excluding any fees or customs requirements, and it is the customer's responsibily to check whether fees may be incurred to receive your order in your country. We have no way to influence whether duties or fees will be charged, and The Remnant Warehouse will not be liable for any additional charges for you to receive your parcel once it has left us.

Economy shipping - this option is only available for small parcels (5m or less of fabrics), which is untracked, no signature on delivery and can take several weeks to arrive. Once the order leaves us, as there is no tracking we aren't able to follow up on delivery, or provide any replacement if it gets lost in transit or is significantly delayed. Standard shipping - this option is available for international parcels 5m+ and is a tracked service, no signature on delivery. Delivery may take several weeks, depending on your location. Once the order leaves us, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which can be tracked on the Australia Post website.

Express shipping - this is our recommended option when purchasing from outside of Australia, which includes tracking and signature on delivery, and will normally arrive within a week of ordering to most capital cities. Once the order leaves us, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which can be tracked on the Australia Post website
