*Seconds* Sparkle Metallic Silver Fold Over Elastic #021

This fold over elastic light and stretchy, with one side a matte white and the other a metallic silver. This fold over elastic is ideal fo finishing edges and seams of garments with stretch. Also for making accesseries and hair ties. This fold over elastic is approximately 16m wide, 8mm when folded.

Please note that this elastic has some uneven colouring along the white part of the elastic.
