This neon yellow PVC vinyl is a mid-weight PVC that has a lightly lustrous finish on the face of the fabric. It has great two way stretch and return, with slightly more stretch along the warp. With a smooth feel on the face and a smooth knit backing to be comfrotable against the skin, this semi-opaque PVC is great for using in various apparel and costume projects.
