This burgundy PVC vinyl is a mid-weight fabric that has a lightly lustrous finish that subtly catches the light. This PVC vinyl has great stretch and return along the weft of the fabric, with some lsight give along the warp It has a smooth feel on the face, with a soft brushed knit feel on the reverse to be comfortable when worn against the skin. This PVC is fully opaque, remaining opaque when stretched and is great for using in various apparel and costuming projects.
