Stretch PVC Vinyl- Orca Black #16111

This black PVC vinyl has a smooth feel on the face, with a soft brushed knit feel on the reverse to be comfortable when worn against the skin. It is a medium to heavier weight vinyl that has stretches and returns well along the weft of the fabric, with no give along the warp. This PVC has a lightly lustrous finish that subtly catches the light. This PVC is fully opaque, remaining opaque when stretched and is great for using in various apparel and costuming projects.
