Stretch Velvet- Neon Yellow #8125

This medium weight stretch velvet has a soft pile and a great degree of stretch and return along the weft of the fabric, with a slight stretch along the warp too. This neon yellow velvet is semi-opaque and certain colours can be seen through the fabric, especially as it is a light colour. Due to this a lining may be desired for certain applications.
