Twill Look Large Satin Spot Chiffon #9112

This black chiffon is a very soft, light weight fabric. This chiffon has satin spots measuring approximately 22mm in diamater throughout as well as a subtle twill look of lines running along the bias. This soft and delicate looking chiffon is a sheer fabric and a lining may be desired for some applications.
