Ultra Light Iron-On Interfacing- Black #2599

This fusible interfacing is very light with a smooth feel. This interfacing has slight crosswise stretch along the weft of the fabric, and no stretch at all along the warp. This is a mechanical stretch created with a stable lengthwise grain, and a soft and loose crosswise grain. An interfacing like this would be used for providing stability to a fabric, while maintaining a softness and drape and stretch in the fabric. Please note, this is a very slight stretch, so may limit stretch in a spandex fabric once glued. Suitable for light weight knits, some jerseys, some stretch woven fabrics, and very light fabrics. This is a fusible interfacing, with a heat-activated glue on one side. This glue dot is very small, and will not add too much weight once glued on. Apply this interfacing with an iron and pressure.
