This black net is a very lightweight fabric that has a very sheer look. This net has flocked velvet spots measuring approximately 3mm in diamater that are opaque and have a soft feel to them. This flocked net has some slight stretch along the warp and weft, however does not have great return. Gather, layer or line this tulle for a more opacity or leave as is for a more subtle, sheer and delicate look.
