This black fold over elastic has a shiny finish and is great for using to make lingerie, stretch garments and costumes, and a variety of other similar projects. This fold over and binding elastic measures 16mm when flat, and when folded measures 8mm in width. This lighter weight elastic has great stretch and return and a soft and comfortable feel. The face side of this elastic is shiny, and the other side has a more matte finish.
