This is a patent vinyl fabric, with a crinkled texture look, in a bright orange colour. This is a fabric with a glossy vinyl face, coated over a soft woven cotton blend backing. Giving the crinkle look to the shiny patent face, and for comfortable feel to this vinyl. There is no stretch in this fabric. This is a lightweight vinyl fabric that has a semi-opaque look.
