Heavyweight Matte Spandex- Butter Yellow #12602

This lovely medium to heavier weight spandex has a matte finish and a thick, smooth, and luxe feel to it. It comes in a pastel yellow and is a mostly opaque fabric, becoming slightly less opaque when stretched. Made from a blend of nylon and spandex, this knit fabric has excellent stretch and return along the warp of the fabric, with good stretch along the weft too. This heavier weight spandex is perfect for making a variety of apparel and costume projects, including swimwear and active wear. As this fabric becomes less opaque when stretched, a stretch lining may be desired for some projects.
