Matte Spandex- Pool Blue #10042-145cm
This blue matte spandex is a medium weight fabric that has a very soft and comfortable feel. It has great two way stretch and return, with slightly more stretch along the weft of the fabric. it is an opaque fabric, however does become less opaque when stretched to its full capacity, so for some apparel and costuming projects a lining may be desired.
