*Seconds* Matte Spandex- Hawaii Blue #13199-148cm
This nylon spandex is a medium weight fabric that has excellent stretch and return along the warp, and great stretch along the weft too. This spandex is an opaque fabric that can be used to make swimwear, active wear, and other apparel and costume projects, however a lining may be desired for some projects as it does become less opaque when stretched.
Please note that this fabric has been reduced in price due to some discolouration stripes.
